This website is operated by David Hopkins Wearable Art. We offer original artwork, limited edition apparel, and other products available for purchase through our online store.
2. Products
All products are made to order through our production partner, Printful.
We aim to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
Because each item is produced individually, slight variations in print placement or colour may occur.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
Prices may change without notice.
4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
As products are made to order, orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
5. Shipping
Orders are produced and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
6. Returns & Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
As products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Minor colour variations caused by different screen settings
If there is a manufacturing fault or printing error, we will work with Printful to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All artwork, images, graphics, designs, logos, and content on this website are the copyright of David Hopkins unless otherwise stated.
Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
